The Sensei's Home Manual and The House of Sensei Manual are digital books in PDF format, sold separately or together as a bundle and delivered by email. They are not printed books and nothing is posted to you. You may print them yourself; both were laid out with that in mind.
The purchase is processed by Gumroad, Inc., who act as the seller of record. They take the payment, account for any tax due in your country, and deliver the file. Their terms apply to the transaction itself: gumroad.com/terms.
Your purchased manual or bundle is sent to the email address given at checkout, normally within a minute of payment. If it has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then write to us — we will send it directly.
If your purchase is not what you hoped for, write and we will return your money. No forms, no argument, and that offer does not expire.
Because the books are delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree that delivery begins at once and that the statutory fourteen-day withdrawal period therefore does not apply. The promise above is offered voluntarily and independently of that.
Each manual is licensed for your personal use. Read it on as many of your own devices as you like, keep a backup, and print it — including the summary pages meant to be pinned inside a cupboard door.
Please do not redistribute a manual, upload it, or sell it on. If someone has sent you a copy and you found it useful, the manuals are available directly from us.
